Q. Do I need to pay to download or use Videoaza?
A: No. Videoaza is free to download and use for 7 days, without any limitations
on the software.
Q: What sort of a computer do I need to run Videoaza?
A: System requirement are listed on the
download page.
Q: When will this be available for Mac or Linux?
A: Currently there are no plans to port Videoaza over to Mac or Linux.
Q: Is there any sort of optional software that comes bundled with Videoaza or
any spyware that I should be aware of?
A: We don't bundle anything with our software, all software is virus, spyware
and adware free. Guaranteed.
Q: I have trouble installing using the install program, is there a stand
alone executable file that I can use?
A: Please contact us to let us know what's causing the problem, and we will send you a link to the
stand alone file.
Q: I downloaded the application and ran the application, but it requires a login?
A: Yes, please create a login by clicking
here and then use it to log in to
the application.
Q: I did not get a confirmation email? What do I do?
A: Please check your spam folder, if the mail is not there, please contact us.
Q: I got the email but it takes me to a payment page, I thought this software
was free?
A: Videoaza is free for 7 days upon registration, after which it needs to be
registered.
Q: How do I download a file that I want?
A: Paste the URL of the Videoaza-supported website in Videoaza, select where you
would like the file to be saved & format, and click Add. After all files you
want downloaded are placed in the queue, select download to start.
Q: How do I convert a video to mp3?
A: Select MP3 as the format you would like to convert the file to, and follow
the instructions above.
Q: How do I cancel my free subscription to Videoaza?
A: You do not need to cancel a free membership.
Q: I would like to get a refund for the remaining month?
A: It is impossible for us to provide you with refunds, this is why we offer a 7
day trial period. However you can cancel your subscription so you do not get
charged in the future.
Q: I paid for a subscription, and I have downloaded the files I need, but now
I want to cancel the subscription, what do I do?
A: Please log in to paypal and select the subscription payment and click cancel.
Q: How do I refer a friend to Videoaza?
A: If you are a webmaster, you can link to our software from your site and earn
a commission, please sign-in to the Videoaza member section and use the links
provided and start earning 10% commission on every sale. For non members, you
